Vidur completed his B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree ) from Amity University in 2014 with a specialization in nanotechnology. Soon after he joined as a project associate at Centre for Nanoscience and Engineering, IIsc, Bangalore, where he worked on the " P-channel TFTs for bendable electronics." His materials of interest were Cu2O and SnO. Vidur joined ANU in August 2015 as a full-time Ph.D. student, and worked on the " Modelling and fabrication of III-V solar cells using carrier selective contact ". Since June 2019, he has been working on the fabrication and measurement of nanoelectrodes for neural applications.
Vidur's current research interests include III-V optoelectronics and nanoelectrodes for neuroscience.
