Dr. Ziyuan Li received her B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) in 2009 and Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2013. Recently she won an ARC Discovery Early Career Research Award (DECRA 2019) and will start her fellowship (level B) in 2019 in Research School of Physics and Engineering, the Australian National University (ANU). Her research interests include development of various fabrication/characterization processes for a broad range of optoelectronic devices based on different semiconductor nanowire materials and novel 2D materials.
