Siva Karuturi is currently a Research Fellow and previously held an ARC DECRA fellowship. His research interests span energy materials, nanofabrication and solar fuel generation with extensive experience in the design of semiconductor photoelectrodes, surface engineering using atomic layer deposition and stand-alone devices for photoelectrochemical solar hydrogen production.
