Biography

Vidur competed his  B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree ) from Amity University in 2014 with a specialization in nanotechnology. Soon after he worked as a project associate at Centre for Nanoscience and Engineering, IIsc, Bangalore. At IIsc, his topic of research was " P-channel TFTs for bendable electronics." His materials of interest were Cu2O and SnO. Vidur joined ANU in August 2015 as a full-time Ph.D. student, and he will be working on " Modelling and Fabrication of Without p-n Junction Solar Cells ". Vidur is a writer by choice and likes to write on scientific topics. Many of his articles have been published in very reputed energy websites and magazines. 

Technical expertise

Metal Oxide synthesis by wet chemical methods, UHV systems, Surface characterization techniques (AES, XPS, UPS), electrical characterizations, Nanomaterials Application.
