Dr. Mohsen Rahmani graduated with a MSc from Kiev Polytechnic Institute (National Technical University of Ukraine) and PhD from National University of Singapore followed by two years at Imperial College London as a research associate. In 2015, he received fellowship of (UK) Higher Education Academy. In 2016, Dr. Rahmani joined The Australian National University to pursue his research activities in Nonlinear Physics Centre. His initial research direction was focused on the optical properties of wavelength scale plasmonics structures. At the fundamental level, he studied various couplings and interactions, as well as filed Imaging and phase mapping at ultra-subdiffraction scales. Recently, he has extended his research activities to dielectric and semiconductor nanostructures and metasurfaces. In last five years, Dr. Rahmani has authored/co-authored 28 Journal papers, and his H-index is 18. His research results have received highlights in Science Daily, Physics.Org, Nanotechweb, EDN Asia, etc.
