Final PhD Seminar

Exfoliated graphene for photothermal biomedical applications

Mr Matthew Quinn
ANU

In this study, single and few layer graphene has been explored for use as a near-infrared photothermal agent for a range of biomedical roles, including the thermal ablation of cancerous cells and a range of photothermally controllable drug release systems.
