HDR Career Development Framework

Published in the Research School of Physics Event Horizon
Vol46 Issue9 8–12 March 2021

The Framework has been in production since January 2019 and we have received over 460 submissions of evidence from current and, now graduated HDR students, across the two Colleges. The Wattle site provides links to opportunities for career and professional development from online, and in-person resources within and external to the ANU.

Please log into the Science, Health & Medicine Career Development Framework Wattle Site if you do not have access to the site please email me for registration.

The “Introduction” will provide background information on the framework and the points scheme used – but basically you get points for the completion of activities and once you obtain a minimum of 30 CDS points you will receive a certificate of completion at graduation which lists all the workshops, courses and experiences over the period of your candidature. (Attached is a user guide to assist.)
