Dear Academics,

The Australia – Germany Joint Research Co-operation Scheme for funding commencing in 2021 opened on Thursday 9th April 2020. This scheme is a joint initiative of Universities Australia (UA) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Dates and deadlines:

Applications open:  Thursday 9 April 2020

Final complete application for full review (applicants to submit to CROs):   Wednesday 20 May 2020 - applications received after this date will only receive a compliance review.

CRO submission to RSD for ranking:  Monday 15 June 2020

If you intend to apply for UA DAAD funding please notify your Research Office science.jaeger.rm@anu.edu.au so that we can ensure you receive up to date information about the scheme.

Further information and resources, will be provided to applicants who have expressed interest.
