meriSTEM at STEM Outreach Day

Further to last weeks article, Science teachers in regional NSW learnt about classroom flipping, blended learning and our meriSTEM program at the STEM Outreach Day at Siding Spring Observatory in April.

Professor Joe Hope and Jay Ridgewell joined the regional STEM Outreach event to chat with the teachers while students were busy with physics, astronomy and health science activities. Teachers were excited to hear about the free resources that meriSTEM offers to help free up classroom time for more problem solving, activities and labs. You can find out more about the program, including volunteering on the meriSTEM website.
