This email is to advise that the 2018 ME/CFS research grant round is now open and will close on Monday, 10 September.

The goal of the Mason Foundation is to achieve enduring, positive impact in the areas of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Alzheimer’s disease through funding medical research principally into the causes, prevention and/or management of these diseases.

The Mason Foundation is partnering with the National Foundation for Medical Research and Innovation (NFMRI) to award Alzheimer’s disease research grants.  In addition to this call for research grant applications, it is also the intention of The Mason Foundation to issue an Expression of Interest for the establishment and operation of a patient registry/database for ME/CFS research and a limited scale biobank.  Research grant applications leveraging these resources in the future will be a priority.

Applicants can expect to know an outcome to their application in December 2018.

Please refer to the website for more information on the enhancements to our grant program and if you wish to apply.

Kind regards

Danuta
