Attention all bus users!

Do you use the number 3 or number 81 buses to get to uni? The ACT government is proposing to scrap the number 3 route through ANU campus and the number 81 route along Clunies Ross Street from 2019. The free city loop bus service will also be discontinued.

Consultation on the proposed changes is ongoing until the 12th of August, and there are three ways to make sure your voice is heard if these changes will adversely affect you:
- The ACT government is running a survey that can be completed here https://yoursay.act.gov.au/rapid-bus-network
- You can also contact Transport Canberra directly at TCCS.myrapidnetwork@act.gov.au
- If you are comfortable doing so, please email sa.education@anu.edu.au and sa.disabilities@anu.edu.au outlining how the changes will affect you.

To see how your bus route will be affected, check out information about the new route available here https://canberrabuses.com.au/ or look at the map of the proposed new route here https://canberrabuses.com.au/…/Canberra-full-network-map.pdf .

We are preparing an ANU submission as part of the consultation process. Tell anyone to email Amy Bryan (ANUSA Disabilities Officier) at sa.disabilities@anu.edu.au if they would like anything considered.
