How do you do that when often you can’t see them or even hear them?
By focusing on:
- Relevant information - Addressing their greatest issues as that’s all they’re focused on
- Reeling them in - Using stories that connect, solve their problems and compel them to act
- Responding to their questions - Deal with Q&A in a way that builds authority and solves their problems straight away.
