The way people organise and work together is a dynamic thing. Different ways of working together have evolved over the course of time and we are in the middle of another paradigm shift, probably best know under the not so original name "New Work". In the lecture I will give an overview of the history of organisational paradigms and what this 'New Work' environment looks like.
