The United States Energy Transition

Dr Martin Keller
Director of the United States National Renewable Energy Laboratory

The ANU Energy Change Institute will host a public lecture by the Director of the United States National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), Dr Martin Keller. NREL is the U.S. Department of Energy’s primary national laboratory for renewable energy and energy efficiency research.

Dr Keller will speak on the US Energy Transition from 6.00pm.   

Before becoming Director of NREL in November 2015, Dr Keller held a number of key appointments both in industry and in government research laboratories. Originally from Germany, Dr Keller received his PhD in microbiology from the University of Regensburg, Germany. Dr Keller was elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2013.
