The ACGR Graduate Research Impact Blog is open for submissions!
We are calling on anyone with an interest in graduate research to submit a contribution to the ACGRs new blog. An overview is provided below and further details on how to contribute can be found here https://www.acgr.edu.au/contributing-to-the-blog/
Overview
The ACGR’s Graduate Research Impact Blog is a digital platform for knowledge exchange between academics, graduate researchers and all their stakeholders. We hope it will provide a forum to comment on current issues and advances in graduate research and engage with the public and private sectors in discussions about the value that graduate researchers bring to a knowledge-based economy. We also want it to promote the ACGR and the role it plays in advocating for and supporting quality graduate research education, which includes shining a light on any issues that you think might need addressing.
Contributions
We are looking for a range of contributions from individuals and organisations with a variety of perspectives on "graduate research impact". This includes how we ensure impact through best practice graduate research education, as well as the specific impacts of graduate researcher's projects, plus the longer term impacts of a 'researcher mindset' across diverse careers.
Timelines & process
We intend to post weekly on Monday mornings. I've attached a submission checklist including FAQs and T&Cs for the blog. It's a submission of ~1000 words (~5 minute read time) and we will be promoting the blogs through Twitter primarily at this stage, so please include a relevant twitter handle if you have one!
