Dear Colleagues,

Wattle Support team is seeking a “Learning Management Systems Support Officer” (Level 4 IT position) on a casual basis to assist during busy times, and/or when staff are on extended leave.

This role will be on the helpdesk, answering phone calls and triaging tickets. The typical working hours would be 9-5 with one hour lunch break. As this is a casual position, there are no set days but they can offer part-time work until April 2020.
