India Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC)

The Indian government has announced a new ‘Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration’ (SPARC) to assist in the development of collaborative research linkages between Indian and international universities.The Indian government will spend Rs. 418 crores or ~A$83.5 million from 2018 – 2020 to facilitate development of academic and research cooperation between Indian institutions and international universities.
