Dear HDR Administrators,
Recent changes to the Research Award Rules means that candidates are no longer required to provide a hardbound copy of their final thesis to the university prior to conferral. In order to be eligible to confer, they are only required to upload their digital thesis to the library’s website following the receipt of final approval from this office.
Please note, if a candidate still wishes to supply a hardbound copy we will accept and forward it to the library [however it is no longer a mandatory requirement].
If you have any queries regarding this change to requirements for conferral, please do not hesitate to contact the HDR Examinations Office.
This change has been communicated to all candidates currently under examination at their University email account, and all examinations commencing from now on will also be informed of the change.
Kind regards,
