Falling Walls Lab Sydney 2023

Falling Walls Lab Sydney is hosted by the DAAD Information Centre Sydney and Euraxess Australia & New Zealand and will take place in a virtual format on 3 August 2023, 5:00pm - 7:30pm via live stream.

The winners' heat will compete in the National Finale in Canberra (organised by the Australian Academy of Science) on 18 September 2023 to determine who will represent Australia at the Global Finale in Berlin on 7 November 2023 and win tickets to the Falling Walls Conference.

Who is eligible to apply?
Australian citizens, permanent residents and study and/or work visa holders currently residing in New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory or Victoria, who fulfil at least one of the following formal requirements:

• Currently enrolled in university
• Currently a postdoc
• Received a Bachelor’s degree no more than 10 years ago
• Received a Master’s degree no more than 7 years ago
• Received a PhD no more than 5 years ago
