Mail, freight and postage

Physics South

Mail is delivered daily to reception in the morning. Outgoing mail is picked up from reception daily.

If you wish to send mail from the building, you must either use an ANU branded envelope (official mail), or use a stamped personal envelope (stamps are available for purchase from the Oliphant reception if required), and place it in the outgoing mail tub. Any courier mail must go through the Stores team, where you can get the current information on the university’s provider (DHL).

If you are expecting mail, or need to collect mail, you can either check your department’s pigeon hole at the Oliphant reception, or departmental pigeon holes located in each department’s area. If you are expecting any large parcels, the Stores team will notify via email of any deliveries (subject to correct parcel address and name being present on said parcel).

For any courier mail, sending or receiving, see the Stores team who will provide all current information on the university’s provider (DHL).
