From 1 January 2025, the ANU Focus Performance and Development platform replaced the Performance and Development Review (PDR) eForm.

The Focus SharePoint site all has a wealth of relevant information and resources, including short user guidance videos, for each step of Focus.

Accessing your previous PDRs

You can view historical PDRs via HORUS using your ANU ID and password. Ensure you are in the Employee Self Service Portal (see the top of the page). Then, click the ‘Historical eForm PDRs’ tile to access your PDRs.
