HDR eForm Issues

In the interim, IDTC have been able to patch a number of these broken forms, though this is only a temporary fix and the forms have the potential to break again.

If possible – Could any non-urgent forms please be put on hold until next week, after the fix has been implemented.

For any forms that must be completed this week - Please let ANU Service Desk know via your existing ServiceNow ticket or raise a new ServiceNow ticket (if there is no existing one) and they will have the form patched in order to progress through to completion.
