Dear Colleagues
 
Everyone knows how important it is to behave courteously at work, and we especially notice this if we are ever exposed to a discourtesy.  
 
Gail Frank, the University’s Adviser to Staff has recorded a short “Talking Tip” about the impact of courtesy at work and some of the current research  in this area.
 
This is part of a broader program of work undertaken by the ANU Advisor to Staff and the Counsellors at the ANU Counselling Centre,  who have recorded some Talking Tips  covering a range of topics to help us be our best at work.
