• May 12 - 3MT launch/information session
• May 20 - How to win 3MT – 1st workshop
• May 28 - How to win 3MT – 2nd workshop
• June 4 - 3MT try outs – session 1
• June 9 - 3MT try outs – session 2
• June 24 - 3MT try outs – session 3

July 1 - College of Science and Medicine 3MT heat

• July 4 - 3MT finalists announced
• July 7 to 10 - 3MT finalists training week
• July 7 – one-on-one sessions with finalists
• July 8 – presentations skills workshop #1
• July 9 – one-on-one sessions with finalists
• July 10 – presentations skills workshop #1, evening: Grand Final Eve social event

July 11 - 3MT Grand Final (run-throughs in the morning, Grand Final at 2pm)

The College of Science and Medicine 3MT Final will be held on,

If you would like to participate in the 2025 ANU 3MT competition please register your interest through ANU 3MT 

Everyone is invited to support their colleagues and learn about the incredible research being undertaken in College of Science and Medicine. Please ensure you register through Humanitix for admission.

Any eligible candidate from the College of Science and Medicine is welcome to participate, see the ANU Three Minute Thesis web-page for more information on eligibility, judging criteria, resources and 2025 ANU and Asia Pacific Final dates: ANU Competitions | Services

Prizes will be awarded and distributed to winners from each College for first place, runner up and people's choice.
