Quad Fellowships are administered by Schmidt Futures, who will manage the application process and administer Fellowship funding to successful applicants. Benefits of the Quad Fellowship
The Quad Fellowship offers a combination of financial benefits, cross-cultural exchange, networking, and content programming. Quad Fellows will receive a one-time personal award of $50,000 to study in a STEM master’s or doctoral program in the United States. Fellows can also apply for separate, needs-based, funding of $25,000 to support their academic study, subject to conditions.

The Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (Quad) is a formal diplomatic and security dialogue between Australia, India, Japan, and the United States. Quad partners are committed to working closely with one another in a range of areas, including COVID-19 vaccine rollouts, climate change, cyber security, critical technologies, counterterrorism, infrastructure, and disaster relief. As part of this, Quad partners are committed to building a network of science and technology experts across the partnership.
