Negotiations for a replacement Enterprise Agreement

Following University correspondence emailed to all staff on 21 June, notifying employees of their rights to be represented by a bargaining representative throughout the negotiations for a replacement Enterprise Agreement. Please find attached a corrected Notice of Employee Representational Rights. This corrected Notice is issued to ensure that the University is compliant with the enterprise bargaining requirements under the Fair Work Act 2009.
