Masks and Rapid Antigen Tests

Published in the Research School of Physics Event Horizon

We have assessed our supplies and are able to offer a second round of RATs and masks to our staff and students to continue to support on-campus teaching in semester one. Any staff member or student who is running low and finding it difficult to access these supplies in the wider community is eligible.

These tests and masks should be used if you are experiencing any COVID related symptoms or are at moderate risk of exposure. There is no requirement to use these tests for any screening process.

Staff and students will be able to collect eight RATs and five P2/N95 masks per person. Please bring your University ID with you and a bag to collect them with. Please also note, we have a limited supply available to freely distribute.

If you did not collect your supply of RATs and masks in the first round, please note you will not be able to collect more than eight RATs and five masks on this occasion.

Many of our students and staff will be serving you at the distribution hub next week. Please be patient and respectful when you visit, they’ve been working very hard to support our community during these times.

You can collect your supplies from Tangney Road, around the corner from Harry Hartog, in our Kambri precinct between 12-5pm daily from Tuesday 15 to Friday 18 March only.

Thank you all for your wonderful work.
