Cardax Changes - Security Improvements Across Physics

We have been working on a new cardax security door access system for a little while now.  This tree includes new groups for our undergraduate program, changes to the ground floor of building 38A, new makerspace access, which have all been in operation for a month or two now.  We will begin to move our existing staff and students into the remaining new workgroups over the next few weeks.

There will be situations when peoples building access changes, in particular to note is that we will be moving to a general access of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  Only those people that have been approved by our WHS team (updated risk assessment, training and safe work procedures in place) will be granted additional afterhours access.  Those people that already have these permissions in place should see no changes.

This is for Physics North, Physics South and the Wes Whitten Building.  We are unable to make Cardax changes for our research groups located in JCSMR, but can help with coordination when required.
