Global Young Scientists Summit

Opportunity for PhD and Early Career scientists: Global Young Scientists Summit (GYSS) 12 –

The Australian National University has been invited to participate in the the prestigious Global Young Scientist Summit (GYSS) in Singapore, January 2021 (see the GYSS website).

The GYSS is aimed mainly at scientists but some cross-disciplinary applications have been successful in the past. Participants must not have attended previous editions of the GYSS.

The theme for GYSS 2021 is “Advancing Science, Creating Technologies for a Better World” (similar to topics in previous years).

Please contact Physics HDR Student Admin <hdr.physics@anu.edu.au> for the GYSS 2021 Eligibility and Selection Criteria for participants.

Nominations

The ANU can nominate five candidates who will then be invited to submit a full application directly to GYSS. Please note that a nomination does not guarantee an invitation to participate in the GYSS.  The organisers reserve the right to shortlist nominees to participate.

Any candidate who wish to apply will need to forward the following documents to GRO@anu.edu.au  by COB 28 August 2020 to be considered for selection as one of the ANU nominees:
