Hi School Managers,

As you may be aware, Australia Post reopened its LPO (Local Post Office) at the new pop up village (near Vodaphone, behind the pharmacy) on 20 November 2017. Customers are required to collect post box mail and small signature items from the new LPO (noting that parcel delivery cards will be delivered to advise that there is a parcel awaiting collection).

All other items will be delivered directly to the nominated building as per the following arrangements:

• Standard items - no signature/ ID required will continue to be collected from Australia Post and delivered across campus by DHL as per existing arrangements;
• Large parcels requiring signature / ID will be delivered by Australia Post to the delivery address provided (as per the items address). Undeliverable parcels will receive a failed delivery card and will be available at the new LPO.
