Privacy Room

The Research School of Physics and Engineering has a privacy room that is now available for use. This room can be used if to if you need to look after children for a short period at work, to breastfeed or express, if require some privacy to pray, to make a private phone call just to chill out for a while.

Bookings can be made using the room booking service on the intranet.

The room has a table and chairs and a whiteboard. Soon it will also have some toys suitable for children younger children.

Location:    Room 3.07 Oliphant
Access:      The room is open during business hours
Bookings:   Use the room booking service on the intranet. If you have a regular requirement you can make recurring bookings.
Protocol:    Make a booking before using the room. First come first served.

There is a sign on the door indicating if the room is occupied or vacant. Please do not enter if the room is occupied without knocking and waiting for permission to enter.
