You do get less information than you would do face-to-face. This means you need to be more skilled to engage your audience and respond to their needs instantly.

How do you do that when often you can’t see them or even hear them?

By focusing on:

  • Relevant information - Addressing their greatest issues as that’s all they’re focused on
  • Reeling them in - Using stories that connect, solve their problems and compel them to act
  • Responding to their questions - Deal with Q&A in a way that builds authority and solves their problems straight away.
