Generation and characterisation of Dissipative-Soliton-Resonance (DSR) pulses in mode-locked fiber lasers

In the first part, numerical simulations of DSR in a fiber laser will be introduced and the result will be presented, which clearly indicates that the anti-saturable absorption is crucial for DSR generation.

In the second part, a mode-locked fiber laser delivering DSR pulses will be presented as well as experimental observations of DSR pulses.

Finally, the compression of the DSR pulses will be discussed.
