As many of you know, EME has purchased a Bruker AFM with capabilities for doing electrical measurements including Scanning Capacitance Imaging.

The instrument is set up and I expect we will have sorted out access and training by the end of July so hopefully it can be opened up for general EME use by the beginning of August.

Christian Gow from Coherent will do the final check and training with us in the week from the 15^th and will give a presentation to the department
