Fees:

There are four major types of fees and charges that students may be required to pay as described on-line.

Funding:

Funding is available to both Australian and foreign students and includes a variety of scholarships and support from research grants. Further information on scholarships is available on-line.

PhD scholarships are tenable for three years, normally extendable to three and one-half years. Subject to the agreement of the graduate program Convenor, scholarships may be taken up at any time during the year.

All applicants for admission are automatically considered for scholarships and support from research grants. There is a single application form, available on-line, for admission and financial support.

Applications may be submitted at any time but scholarships are awarded only once yearly. For consideration, applications for admission and financial support must be received by 31 August (foreign students) or 31 October (Australian students) of any given year.
