Requests

Requests should be placed by logging in to the bookings system changing to the period you need time in and placing a request. If the period has already been released you will be able to directly place your name on any free days.

Reminder Emails

The bookings system now supports sending a reminder email when you have a machine booked. You have the option of a reminder the morning of the day before and/or the morning of your booking.

By default this setting is disabled. To start receiving reminder emails for your bookings change your preferences in "edit email settings".

User Accounts

To request a user account on the new ion beam bookings system please email Kidane Belay with your details, including your rsphysse login (eg. aab109), if you are an external user please nominate a login you wish to use.
