The Electronic Materials Engineering (EME) Department conducts interdisciplinary research in areas such as condensed matter physics, materials science and device engineering. undertake world-class research into the growth, structure, properties and applications of semiconductors and related materials
train first-class postgraduate students for future employment in industry, academia and government
